At Elanora, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products—skincare, haircare, and dietary supplements—we do not offer refund policy once a purchase has been made.

This policy is in place to maintain product hygiene, ensure quality control, and protect the safety of our customers.

Please Note:

  • All sales are final.

  • We are unable to accept returns of unopened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@elanora.co.uk. We will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
